I asked a question previously and got some good answers. Now that I know enough to get a handle on the problem, I can more easily state the main issue for me: I want my life insurance company and BDO TO BE HONEST WITH ME!
Concerning my regaining control over my life insurance after a recent banruptcy, everyone involved, including BDO and the life insurance company, claims not to know of any complications - it's simple matter of BDO writing a very short statement saying that they have no interest in my life insurance. Because my bankruptcy has been discharged, they claim, they are not aware any obstacles. If they are right, why is it taking so long? (years) If they are wrong, they're the experts - they're supposed to know. If they know that there's a problem, why are they not honest with me?
