ballpark annual insurance for a 24 unit residential property in Washington?

I am looking to purchase a property with four six-plexes (24 units) outside of the Vancouver area in Washington. Does anyone have a ballpark idea of what it would cost per year to insure this property? Real estate agents say approximate $100 per month for a home...but obviously this is different. Thanks everyone
