Bankers life job opportunity?

I was wondering if anyone knows what type of positions they have that arent commision based. I was asked to come down for orrientation and I was curious what they offered. I told the HR department that I was not interested in anything was that strictly commision based. She said they had another opportunity that was salary based but she didnt go into any great detail about it... any help would be great.
